During my period in Webtown.be (now webtown1.be, since the domain name has been stolen from me over a technical issue) nd long before that I was asked to and have reflected on what i call an internet implementation strategy.
I refer to this strategy as the strategy of the 5 B’s.
You can consider the matrix like square above (my logo) as a spreadsheat. The horizontal line represents the ‘flow’ and time line of your project.
The vertical line represents the level of your project (B-levels). Every block consists of a part of the technology you want to implement in your project.
On the right side you will have an overview of the costs, the expected results...
During the analysis of what is needed in an internet project. I use this matrix (a more in depth one) to get a grip on the project and keep it in the grid...
I am still developing this concept. It has actually become a hobby. What you read here are the basic elements.
The development is this model is based on my observations. I see many data-models floating around in cyberspace, but the only model I really believe in are those that are linked to the operational businessmodel of a company.
